Our security guards all hold SIA licenses and are highly trained in the security industry. LMH security guards are supported by our 24-hour control room, and receive welfare calls throughout there working shift.
Before our guards are deployed to the site, a management team will carry out an onsite risk assessment and detailed precise instructions setting out detailed duties and responsibilities of the security guard when on site. Officers will also be required to attend an onsite induction with specific training if appropriate.
Regular management and patrol visits are made to our sites ensuring our clients’ needs and requirements are met and for the safeguarding of our officers.
